Teens Programming Lab(TPL) is a skills deveopment program which aims at identifying young, bright children, teenagers and students, equipping them with basic programming skills, exciting their passion for computer science and programming and subsequently preparing them for real labour market.
TPL mission is to build a sustainable ecosystem of knowlegeable software engineers and programming professionals, who can both lead and positively influence their immediate community and countries at large.
The program cuts across young people from all works of life with special ephasis on those living in rural areas consisting of the lower and middle class, speciafically those who don't have access to computersystems or education
In order to achueve its mission, the TPL will support these individuals in the following specific ways:
Training/Workshop: TPL will up-skill the participants by engaging them in relevant basics, live training and online materials
Certifications: TPL will provide relevant certifications at an affordable rate where necessary
Mentorship Support: TPL will offer its paticipants adequate mentorship and basic support to start their journey in the ICT world

TPL was create with the aim that every student should have the opportunity to learn how to create technology in the 21st-century.Computer science is changing every industry on the planet.
TPL equips its participants with relevant skills and certifications needed in their career path. We encourage hands on expertise and talents in software programming.
Our training team offer mentorship services to the less privilege and participants in general. We encourage our young teens in their career path in software programming and ICT.
